Trail running
Running in the middle of San Bernardino’s nature is unparalleled: on a physical level you work at a high and constant pace; On a mental level, the new stimuli and the views crossed offer an extra motivation to train.
Trail running is much more than just a run: it’s an intense experience that takes runners off the city asphalt and immerses them in the beauty of San Bernardino’s nature. With itineraries around Lake Isola, Pian Cales, or Piz Uccello, every step is an adventure that challenges the body and frees the mind.
