Cross-country skiing
The varied Nordic skiing trails (a total of 28 km for classic and skating) wind through enchanting pine forests and breathtaking scenery. The 1.9-kilometer-long illuminated night track, lit from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m., is available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
San Bernardino offers several interesting variations in cross-country skiing, more or less technical. The slopes, well prepared by the municipal technicians of the municipality of Mesocco, offer the opportunity to spend pleasant days on moderately technical tracks. If you need to change, the Nordic Ski Center within the San Bernardino Hostel facility offers heated changing rooms and hot showers.
